fonts-circos-symbols software package provides plotter for visualizing data - standard fonts, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-circos-symbols
fonts-circos-symbols is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-circos-symbols package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-circos-symbols *
You will get with fonts-circos-symbols package name, version, architecture and description in a table
